Let's make sure we're the right fit for you
We provide specialist orthopaedic care for bone, joint, muscle and ligament injuries, with a focus on upper and lower limbs.
To keep you safe and ensure you receive the right care quickly, there are a few situations where in-person assessment is more appropriate first.
If any of the following apply, we recommend attending your nearest Emergency Department or GP before booking:
-
An open bleeding wound near the injury
-
A limb that looks visibly bent or out of place
-
A high-impact accident (e.g. high-speed crash, fall from height >2m) where you have not yet been assessed in person
-
A head injury or loss of consciousness that has not yet been assessed
-
A concurrent head, chest, abdominal or spinal injury that has not yet been assessed
-
Back or neck pain that you want care for
If none of the above apply, you are in the right place to get clear direction on your injury.
Do any of the above apply to you?
This service is not appropriate for your current situation.
Please present to your nearest Emergency Department or call emergency services immediately.
If after an in-person assessment you have a limb injury and need orthopaedic advice, please feel free to return and book an appointment.
